Mission Statement
Cam Pet Supply is a family owned and operated business. Its creation was the result of an animal health care practitioner who understood that the foundation for proper care began with proper nutrition. CAM Pet Supply continues to strive to provide education and products that support the proper care and maintenance of all animals, from household pets to ranch animals to the wild animals we invite into our yards. As a business we want to maintain good relationships with our customers, provide accurate and timely service, and be committed to providing a safe and quality product. The goal of CAM Pet Supply is to provide retailers a friendly local source for the products they want to provide their customers. We also strongly believe in supporting good social values in our community, especially those concerning animal welfare. In summary, our primary mission remains to provide education and products that support the well being of our animals while maintaining fair and friendly service to our customers who make it all possible.

Terms & Conditions

2011 Update

All terms and conditions are CAM Pet Supply general policy and are subject to our discretion. By placing an order with CAM Pet Supply you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.
To become a CAM Reseller:
•  All customers must submit a copy of their Non Taxable Transaction Certificate and a copy of their Business License.  Retailers must have a business that sells animals, animal supplies, animal related services and/or animal feeds. Businesses that possess production animals may also be eligible. We will not sell to the public directly.

Orders and Delivery:

•  Minimum order for Delivery is $350.   There is no minimum for picking up your order at the warehouse.

•  All Deliveries will be charged a $15.00 delivery fee.  Delivery charges may fluctuate without notice with fuel prices.

•  All orders must be faxed or emailed. No phone orders will be accepted. All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM two business days prior to shipping.  Orders can be placed late for a $50.00 rush fee within 24 hours prior to shipping within New Mexico and within 48 hours to El Paso, TX and Colorado.

•  Add-ons for all orders must be placed before 2:00 PM the day prior to shipment. The best effort to include add-ons will be made but we cannot guarantee that it will make the truck for your delivery.

•  Customers may pick up orders at our warehouse.  24 hours notice is required for picking-up orders.  Our hours for pick-up are 10 AM – 4 PM.

Shipping:
•  Orders outside of our delivery area or smaller orders that cannot be delivered will be charged the cost of freight.  Shipped orders will be sent Fed Ex or LTL.  All efforts are made to keep shipping costs down.

•  Our customers may arrange for their own LTL carriers to pick-up and deliver their orders if our rates are not acceptable.

 •  The following terms must be acknowledged and confirmed with all shipped orders:
      1. Payment must be received to CAM Pet Supply within 7 days from receipt of your order.
      2. CAM Pet Supply is not responsible for the condition of the product received by using a 3rd party carrier.
      3. CAM Pet Supply has the right to refuse pick-up from a 3rd Party carrier if after inspection of the trailer any
contamination hazards are found, including any odors, physical damage to the sides and bed of truck, dirt/filth, infested product, moldy product or equipment, or damage to other product. This directly follows our Food Safety Program and must be followed with any 3rd party pick-up.

Payment:
•  C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)- The CAM Driver will pick up a check upon delivery unless arrangements have been made with CAM Pet Supply at the time the order was placed.  Terms will only be given upon prior approval by the Manager of CAM Pet Supply.

Refused Shipment
- Please note: delivery will be refused if retailers do not adhere to the terms unless arrangements have been made with CAM Pet Supply at the time the order was placed. If payment is not received within 30 day of delivery, no further shipments will be considered until the balance is paid in full.

Returns:

•  Please sign for receipt of your order at delivery.  Inspect all products upon delivery and note any errors.  Noted errors, such as damages, dented cans, shortages or mis-picked items, must be reported to CAM Pet Supply within 2 business days after delivery by email or fax.  Errors will be corrected after being checked against and in accordance to our inventory.

•  Customer returns must be given to our delivery driver who will provide the retailer a Return Slip noting the returned items with specific reasons for each return. 

•  All pet foods with 3 months or more until expiration may be exchanged for the equivalent product.  No exchanges or credit will be given to pet food within 3 months of expiration.  Customer returns or products with manufacturer's defects may be returned for credit or exchanged.  Products that have been damaged during shipping by CAM Pet Supply may be returned for credit or exchanged as long as they were reported within 2 business days after delivery.  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to any returned products.

Credits:

•  Credit memos will only be issued via fax or email after the item(s) is returned to the warehouse, inspected, and has a specific reason for the returned item.  CAM Pet Supply reserves the right to inspect all returned goods prior to issuing credit.  Credit for damaged product, dented cans, shortages or mis-picked items will not be given after 2 business days from delivery.

•  Credit memos are to be applied to the next invoice or next delivery, unless discussed and in agreement with the Manager at CAM Pet Supply.

•  CAM Pet Supply will not issue credit for damage that occurs after delivery such as torn bags or improper handling.  It is the customer’s responsibility to not purchase more than they are able to sell prior to expiration date of products.
