Thank you for choosing CAM Pet Supply to provide service and product to your store. It is our pleasure to be able to provide you with our many lines of quality product. Our goal is to have the lines you wish to carry and to have them in stock as well as to provide them on a regular schedule and in a friendly manner, all at competitive prices. We will strive to improve our service and when we do not meet your needs please let us know promptly. Below are a few guidelines to facilitate our serving you.

• Please have your orders to us in accordance with our terms and conditions (below.) We try to have your orders packed and checked the day prior to shipping for the greatest accuracy.

• We try to maintain a stock of items you most frequently order, but to keep costs down we may not have all items on our price list on hand. If we are out of stock on an item you order we will contact you with an approximate time we will have it available. Some items are available on a special order basis only.

• Many grain items, including large bags of single type bird seeds, i.e. 50 lbs of sunflower, have prices that fluctuate with market prices. If you find an invoice with a price discrepancy please contact us for an explanation.

• We may not be able to deliver all products to all areas due to Distribution Territories.

• CAM Pet Supply cannot offer Natura or Natura Pricing to areas outside of New Mexico.

Terms & Conditions

2009 Update
All terms and conditions are CAM Pet Supply general policy and are subject to our discretion. By placing an order with CAM Pet Supply you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

To become a CAM Reseller:
• All customers must submit a copy of their Non Taxable Transaction Certificate and have a business that sells animals, animal supplies, animal related services and/or animal feeds. Businesses that possess production animals may also be eligible. We will not sell to the public directly.

Orders and Delivery:
• Minimum Delivery is $350.
• Delivery fee will be $15.00. Delivery charges may fluctuate with fuel prices. Delivery charges are waved for pickups. Delivery charges are also waived on all orders over $1,500.
• All orders must be faxed or emailed. No phone orders will be accepted. All orders must be placed 48 hours prior to shipping. Add-ons for all orders must be placed before noon the day prior to shipment. The best effort to include add-ons will be made but cannot be guaranteed to ship. Orders can be placed late for a $50.00 rush fee within 24 hours prior to the trucks departure within New Mexico, 48 hours for Arizona and Colorado.
• Please check shipments and sign for receipt on delivery. Please note errors on the signed invoice at this time. Errors noted up to 2 business days after delivery will be corrected after being checked against and in accordance to our inventory.

Payment:
• C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) - The CAM Driver will pick up a check upon delivery unless arrangements have been made with CAM Pet Supply at the time the order was placed.  Terms will only be given upon prior approval by the Manager of CAM Pet Supply.

Refused Shipment- Please note: delivery will be refused if retailers do not adhere to the terms unless arrangements have been made with CAM Pet Supply at the time the order was placed. If payment is not received within 30 day of delivery, no further shipments will be considered until the balance is paid in full.

Returns:
• All pet foods with more than 90 days until expiration may be exchanged for the equivalent product.  All pet food returned prior to 6 months of expiration will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  Customer returns or products with manufacturer's defects may be returned for credit or exchanged.  Products that have been damaged during shipping by CAM Pet Supply may be returned for credit or exchanged, however, the driver must be notified the day of delivery or no credit or exchange will be offered.  Please annotate the reason for return and date of return on all products.  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to any returned products.
